Refund Policy

At Vintage Camera Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All our cameras come with a 30-day guarantee, so you can buy with confidence knowing your preloved camera is fully tested and ready to use.

Eligibility for a Refund:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The camera must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging.

• Used or damaged cameras may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at ‘returns@vintagecamerashop.co.uk’ with your order details.

2. We will provide instructions on how to safely return your camera.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you are welcome to return your camera for a refund and place a new order.
