What condition are the cameras?
All our cameras are used, but fully working. Each one is carefully cleaned, serviced, and tested to ensure it’s in excellent working order. Plus, we offer a 30-day guarantee with every camera, so you can buy with confidence.

Yes! Every camera we sell comes with a 30-day guarantee. This covers any issues with functionality, giving you peace of mind when buying a preloved camera from us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before it has been dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location: UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, while international shipping can take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
Do you provide tracking details for orders?
